NDB Alliance LLC and/or its affiliated entities consist of non-CPA and CPA firms that may issue HiTrust (as attest or non-attest), ISO non-attest, PCI Assessments, and/or SOC attest reports that may have or involve an alternative practice structures. Thus, these organizations are separate and independent legal entities that may work together to meet a menu of clients’ business needs. The affiliated entities that issue SOC audit reports are registered Certified Public Accounting (CPA) firms that are registered with the appropriate state boards of accountancy as needed to conduct attest services based on state mobility laws, regulations, locations, etc. NDB Alliance LLC as marketing conduit does not conduct any attest services or issue any attest reports and therefore has no state requirements to be registered with any state board of Accountancy, and as such, is not a CPA firm. Furthermore, NDB Alliance LLC does not explicitly or implicitly, or in any manner, advertise, promote, or represent itself as a CPA firm or to be the performing body of any attest services. Each affiliated entity that issues SOC audit reports may utilize personnel that hold a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation, including other business, professional and/or educational accreditations.
